Download turbo tax state file

I am trying to finish filing my taxes on a new laptop, but when I opened my tax filing on turbotax desktop it told me I need to re-purchase a state download that I had already bought for my first computer. Is there any way to just install that state software on my second computer? I already tried going to the "My Downloads" page online but there is nothing there maybe because I bought the state in the desktop app and not on turbotax.
